Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days.

All footwear, unless stated, is made to order. Therefore all footwear sale’s are pre ordered. Hasala’ Heelz LLC ships through UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Due to Covid-19 delivery may be delayed through listed carriers. If for any rare circumstance shipping from Husala’ Heelz LLC exceeds 14 business days, shipping fees will be refunded in full back to the customer & Items ordered will still be shipped. Husala’ Heelz LLC’s priority is to offer customers the best experience possible when shopping with our brand. Therefore any prolonged shipping is viewed as unacceptable and not within our customer satisfaction guidelines.

Immediately after purchase you should receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number through email. If for any rare instance you do not receive an email after purchase please contact us at HusalaHeelz@gmail.com

Damages

Husala’ Heelz LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at HusalaHeelz@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Husala’ Heelz currently doesn't ship outside the United States.

Returns Policy

Husala’ Heelz LLC does not offer returns, refunds, on any orders, only exchanges for sizing. If a package is delivered to you damaged or unable to be used please contact us at HusalaHeelz@gmail.com.
